This picture was taken in 1994 to win PULITZER PRIZE. In this picture he is starving child and vulture waiting for her to die. When he’s dead, and he ate it.
Surprisingly, the child was onUnited Nations food camp a few kilometers. No one knows what happened to this kid? he left alive or dead ?
33-year-old Kevin Carter, who visited Sudan had taken these pictures were awake. They were going to Feeding center for taking picture at that time he saw a vulture descending down.
So he decided to take his picture while he was starving the sick who saw survivors.

After 3 months Kevin had suicide ‘27 July 1994‘ due to stress. At that time he was only 33years old.
The last note was received from him in that it was written
“I’m really, really sorry. The pain of life overrides the joy to the point that joy does not exist… depressed … without phone … money for rent … money for child support … money for debts … money!!! … I am haunted by the vivid memories of killings and corpses and anger and pain … of starving or wounded children, of trigger-happy madmen, often police, of killer executioners … I have gone to join Ken if I am that lucky.
